Thank you for shopping at Bare Pieces. We want you to love your essentials. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact.barepieces@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact.barepieces@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, Shop Pay, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
